BlackHorse Solutions web sites collect personal information at several points, including but not limited to processes associated with e-commerce, product registration, account creation and e-mail opt-in. Visitors may voluntarily provide (and we will collect) information including but not limited to: name, company name, email address, billing and shipping information, product purchase information, and product registration information.

3. Access to Your Information

We use industry-standard methods of securing electronic databases of personal information. Except as provided elsewhere in this privacy policy, we limit access to personal information in electronic databases to those persons in our organization who have a business need for such access. However, you should know that no web site operator, including BlackHorse Solutions, can fully eliminate security risks associated with personal information.

At the direction of our customers, we may perform query operations or transfer data to third parties for hosting purposes or integration with third party software products or services. Any access to or use of personal information by us is incidental to performing our contractual obligations to our customers as a data processor. We rely on our customers to ensure that personal information is relevant for the purposes for which it is used, reliable for its intended use, accurate, complete and current, and is collected, accessed, transferred and used in a manner that does not infringe the rights or privacy of any individual and does not violate any applicable law, regulation or directive.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time. If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will notify you by updating the date of this privacy policy and posting it on the website. We may, and if required by law will, also provide notification of changes in another way that we believe is reasonably likely to reach you, such as via e-mail (if you have an account where we have your contact information) or another manner through our services.

Any modifications to this privacy policy will be effective upon our posting the new terms or as otherwise indicated at the time of posting. In all cases, your continued use of the website after the posting of any modified privacy policy indicates your acceptance of the terms of the modified privacy policy.
